Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up - Most rooms can be set up to match your plans.  We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Order of Events - From traditional ideas to your unique vision, allow our wedding specialist to assist you.

Audio Visual Equipment - Our on-site audiovisual  experts can help you execute your ideas.

Ice Sculptures - Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme

Parking - Valet and self parking is offered for your wedding guests

Wedding Cake - Our creative and skilled Pastry Chef Victoria Sawyer can design your perfect wedding cake. Ask your catering manager for examples of past cakes we have created.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding.


A final number of guests is required seven business days prior to your event. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance; whichever is greater.
