Lower Lobby Level

Grand Ballroom

Stylish floor coverings, acoustic wall panels and stunning crystal chandeliers are the main features of the 9,700 square foot Grand Ballroom, featuring dramatic 19-foot ceilings. Consisting of three 3,212 square foot rooms, these spaces can be used separately or combine to form one large ballroom. Introduce your new management team during a sit down dinner for 240 in Grand Ballroom I. Outline the details of your initial public offering to 1,000 investors and partners. Moderate a forum, set up in a u-shape, for 48 in Ballroom III. Register guests in the pre-function area, totaling 5,550 square feet, shared with the Buckhead Ballroom. A service corridor is located behind the ballroom, allowing food and beverage service to be discreet.
Buckhead Ballroom
Fronted by a generous pre-function area, the 3,066 square foot Buckhead Ballroom, featuring 11-foot tall ceilings, is made up of two 1,512 square foot salons. Encourage attendees to pick up company literature at the display arranged in the pre-function space. Conduct employee orientation for 80 in Buckhead II. Order a buffet lunch for 100, delivered by our professional wait staff via the service corridor behind the room. Organize a trade show that is sure to break attendance records.

Cascade

This 1,100 square foot space is located at the foot of our 30-foot waterfall and is ideal for any occasion from corporate meetings up to 50 people to receptions for up to 80 people. With convenient access to the lower terrace this event space gives you the flexibility of stepping out in the fresh air and enjoying the wonderful outdoor terrace.
Lobby Level (Second Floor)

Piedmont

At 1,260 square feet, Piedmont also boasts a service corridor, enabling our audio-visual experts to deliver equipment without distracting your workshop participants. Join both rooms of 630 square feet each for your technology seminar, accommodating 100. Arrange for a meet and greet sit down dinner with 40 potential investors.
Lenox
Connect Lenox I and II to kick off your sales meeting for 100.  Use the Lenox Foyer to distribute nametags and hand-out sales quotas. Reward your top 50 sales representatives with a banquet in Lenox I.
Peachtree
Peachtree also boasts its own foyer. At 1,260 square feet, this salon entices guests to venture out onto its enclosed terrace. Hold a business mixer for 100 in this space. Host a product testing session for 70 to gauge the success of your new software.
New York
Intimate yet welcoming at 510 square feet, New York is perfect for more intimate events. This room offers windows that let in the natural light. Recognize the efforts of your administrative staff with a banquet for 40, arranged in a hollow square, on Administrative Assistants Day. Gather your HR staff of 20 to revise the company’s policies and procedures manual.
San Francisco
Nestled in a quiet corridor, San Francisco's petite size enables you and other guests to focus on the task at hand. Discuss a potential merger or acquisition with 30 key personnel. Greet executives from another branch with a reception for 40.
Library
A spacious 1,900 square feet, Library is a lovely spot for a banquet for 120 or a reception for 170. This room offers luxurious décor including bookshelves and offers windows that let in natural light.

Azalea

At 4,000 square feet, Azalea can accommodate large parties. Celebrate your company’s anniversary with a photographic montage for 200. End the year on a high note with a lavish holiday party for 240. This room offers windows that let in natural light.
Garden Level (Third Floor)

Chicago / Mexico City

When you need your team’s undivided attention, look no further than these boardrooms. Both are 275 square feet and overlook the Japanese Zen garden with private balcony. These rooms can comfortably seat 12 for your next board meeting.

Veranda Room

This newly-appointed contemporary event space features natural lighting overlooking East Terrace and the Japanese Zen Garden. This 1,257 square foot space is ideal for any occasion from corporate meetings up to 50 people to receptions for up to 80 people. With convenient access to the East Terrace this event space gives you the flexibility of enjoying the wonderful outdoor terrace and the serenity of the Japanese Zen Garden and its 30-foot waterfall.
24th Floor
Regency Club Boardroom

Conduct a brainstorming session in this 247 square foot boardroom. Order from our catering department and complete that important RFP during a working lunch. This space has its own restroom and plenty of windows to enjoy the views.

West Terrace / East Terrace

Grand Hyatt Atlanta has two outdoor terraces available for your next corporate event. Host a client appreciation cocktail party for 200. Organize an al fresco luncheon for your partners. Both terraces are 43 feet by 44 feet and can serve a multitude of functions. During a break in your meeting, wander out into  and admire the Japanese Zen Garden adjacent toeither space. These settings are perfect for outdoor events.
