Personal Preference Dining®

Embellish your catered event with another exclusive Hyatt service - Personal Preference Dining®. This unique Grand Hyatt Atlanta catering choice allows your guests to select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the appetizers,salad and dessert, while our Executive Chef Thomas McKeown, will ensure that everything isbeautifully presented for each guest.  Ask your Hyatt Catering Manager for more details. Dietary and Cultural Preferences

Grand Hyatt Atlanta’s culinary team also provides catering to diverse cultures. In addition, our staff will accommodate diet-related restrictions and requests, including any medical and/or religious considerations, with proper notification.

Grand Hyatt Atlanta believes in sourcing their produce from local and sustainable farms wherever possible, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients to prepare your meals. We partner with Sun Dog Farm to obtain our produce.

Should you require catering for a specific religious, ethnic or dietary preference, including Kosher, Indian, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan, inquire with our banquet staff at the time of booking.
